09 / A FEW PRACTICAL DETAILS

Clarity,
from day one.

Is this our clinic’s own branded system?+

Limbora is a proposed bespoke implementation by I4Solutions LLC. The patient experience would use your clinic’s identity and approved content. Branding, workflows and capabilities are agreed during discovery.

How is pricing agreed?+

Discovery and pilot design, implementation, and recurring hosting and support are quoted separately. Each proposal states deliverables, assumptions, acceptance criteria, payment terms and taxes. Patient volumes and external services inform the recurring quote; there is no published per-patient tariff.

Can we start with a small patient group?+

Yes. A possible starting point is one site, one clinical lead and up to two adult care pathways. A 90-day pilot with 25–50 consenting adults is a discussion outline, subject to jointly agreed scope, budget and readiness.

Are these screens a live product?+

They are interactive concept previews with fictional data. Production capabilities still require implementation and validation. Limbora has no validated clinical outcomes or savings to claim; a pilot would test usefulness and workflow fit.

What if we already have a patient platform?+

Discovery starts with what you already use. Manufacturer apps, patient portals and clinical systems may already cover the need. Consider a complementary workflow only where a gap is confirmed. Any integration needs technical assessment, access and a separate scope; none is claimed as live.

How are patient information and clinical decisions handled?+

Your clinicians remain responsible for care. Before real patient data is introduced, agree and validate hosting, data responsibilities, access by role, retention, export and the clinical response process with the clinic’s clinical and IT leads.

How does the Level A assistant work?+

This presentation uses scripted answers to routine administrative and app questions. A proposed assistant would use clinic-approved information. It would not diagnose, recommend treatment or assess symptoms; production use requires implementation and validation.

Are patient updates continuously monitored?+

No continuous monitoring or emergency response is promised. Agree review times, staff cover and clear patient instructions before a pilot. Urgent concerns must use the clinic’s usual urgent-care or emergency route, rather than wait for a journal reply.
