07 / A SMALLER FIRST STEP
Start with a question.
Agree the right scope.
A bespoke project, scoped with you. Separate discovery, implementation and ongoing service, with a written quotation for each.
01 / EXPLOREDiscovery & pilot design
Scoped quotation
Map one adult care workflow and decide whether a small pilot would add value.
- Review existing tools and patient needs
- Agree a clinical owner and response process
- Define deliverables, measures and a pilot budget
02 / IMPLEMENTBuild & prepare
Priced after discovery
A separate project quote for the capabilities your clinic agrees to test.
- Agreed patient and clinic workflows
- Approved content, configuration and training
- Technical checks and written acceptance criteria
03 / OPERATEHosting & support
Separate recurring quote
Agree the service needed to run and support the pilot, then review it before any wider rollout.
- Hosting, maintenance and support scope
- Patient volumes and third-party usage costs
- Service hours, export and exit arrangements
A STARTING POINT FOR DISCUSSION
One site. A defined adult-care pilot.
For example: one clinical lead, up to two agreed pathways and 25–50 consenting adults over 90 days after readiness approval. Confirm the cohort and duration together; this is a proposed design, not an existing deployment.
Discuss a pilot
Quotations are in EUR. Each proposal separates one-time work and recurring costs, and states assumptions, exclusions and applicable taxes. Extra sites, integrations and new functionality require separate scoping.
